Ashoke Kumar Maheswari is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm Agarwal Maheswari & Co and he completed his graduation in Commerce with First Class Honours. In his vast professional lifespan of over 39 years, he has accumulated rich experience in almost all fields of professional services, industrial sectors and diverse clients.
Ashoke is well-known as a corporate tax specialist, having significant experience in advising large Indian business houses on a wide range of matters relating to business re-organizations, Income Tax, Company Law.
He has represented various clients before the Appellate Authority. He has also successfully completed the Certificate course on valuation conducted by ICAI. He was a Rank Holder in the intermediate and Final level in Chartered Accountancy Examinations. He actively participates in charity events held and has sponsored various Medical Camps in Kolkata under various Trusts. His contributions to the society also includes sponsoring and supporting underprivileged children and women.
Has conducted statutory audits for large corporations across diverse industries, including chemicals, textiles, jute, FMCG, and companies within the Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) sector—ranging from Significantly Important NBFCs to Middle Layer and Listed NBFCs. Additionally, Has extensive experience auditing companies in the software, real estate, and other key industries.
His expertise also extends to successfully assisting companies in mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers.
