Apurva Maheswari is the Partner of Agarwal Maheswari & Co. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and he completed his graduation in Commerce with First Class Honours from Kolkata University. He did his schooling from the prestigious The Doon School, Dehradun. Apurva has successfully done the course of Forensic Auditing and Fraud Detection by ICAI.
He has been regularly representing numerous clients before Tax Assessment Authorities ,Transfer Pricing authorities for Transfer Pricing assessments.
He is also actively involved in audit and assurance services viz. statutory audit, internal audit and tax audit.
He is also Silver and Gold awardee holder of the international Award for Young People Award by Duke of Edinburgh.
Extensive experience in statutory audits across a wide range of industries, including warehousing, renewable energy, tourism, chemicals, textiles, jute, FMCG, and the Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) sector—covering Significantly Important NBFCs, Middle Layer NBFCs, and Listed NBFCs. Proven expertise in auditing companies within the software, real estate, and other critical industries.
Additionally, proficient in successfully assisting companies with mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers.
